How do I make a purchase?

You can browse our wide range of products in the website and add the products into the shopping cart. After adding all the products you need, you may proceed to checkout and complete the purchase.

What kind of payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit card including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.

How do I track my order history?

The tracking information is available on Order History page once you logged in as a member.

How do I know if I've successfully completed my order online?

After successfully placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email sent to your registered email with order details.

If you still cannot receive any order confirmation, please make sure you are entering a correct email address; OR Check "Junk Mail" Section; OR Contact us at cs_hk@catalo.com.

Global Standard $300HKD
Free Shipping - HK$1,800 or above

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard shipping is included on every domestic order and expected to be delivered within 3-7 business days. As soon as your product shipped, we will email you the tracking information. If you have any trouble locating your order, please email us at cs_hk@catalo.com.

#Exact shipping charges are based on the shipping destination and weight of the purchase items. We will inform you such information via email after items are added to cart or an order is submitted. *The Delivery time is only an estimate provided by shippers for reference only. P.S. All shipping rates and delivery destinations are subject to change without further notice.

International order delivery will depend on location, which will be provided upon selection of this option.

How do I track my order?

Your tracking number will appear as a link in the order confirmation email. You can also click on the "Order History" tab or in your Account once you log in. If you are having trouble locating your shipment, please email us atcs_hk@catalo.com.

Can I change the delivery address once the order has been confirmed?

Once your order is already placed, any changes of shipping information cannot be changed. Please note that we cannot change the delivery address after an order confirmation has been issued. Please note that while we work with our shippers to try and resolve address issues where possible, we are responsible for any delays, fees, or other delivery issues if you have made an error in the shipping order. If such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost, or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind. If the error causes the order to be sent back to us, you may be responsible for any such shipping fees, and administration fees involved.

Is International deliveries available?

We recommend courier services for shipping of the products you ordered. Your rights regarding the delivery of the products shall be governed by the terms and conditions of such a forwarder, which will be available for perusal upon request. By choosing the forwarder we recommend, you agree that we will appoint such a forwarder to handle all the aspects of the delivery on your behalf. Return Policy

What if I received Damaged/Defected items?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Representative within 30 days of delivery at cs_hk@catalo.com. Please supply the Representative with your order number and item number from the original confirmation e-mail. The Representative will also need your e-mail address and phone number. CATALO is committed to make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund of any kind for orders seized, damaged, or destroyed by your country's Customs unless the order is returned to our warehouse in undamaged and resalable condition. In that event, refunds issued will be for the cost of the merchandise only; shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Please note that if the cost to return a rejected package to our warehouse exceeds the value of the order, we will instruct the courier to destroy the package and we will be unable to issue a refund of any kind.

The item must be returned, unused, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.

Violation of laws

Please familiarize yourself with your country's import restrictions before ordering. We are not held responsible for any delays, fees, fines, or penalties incurred by your order due to any violation of law. Items sold at catalo.com are intended for personal use only.

catalo.com are not responsible for any additional cost imposed on your order by the Customs, whether by tax, penalty, delays or seizure etc.. In the event that any additional fees are imposed on your order, the local Customs authority will contact you directly. By ordering from catalo.com, you agree to our policies above. catalo.com reserves the right to change these policies at any time, and we also retain the right to refuse to provide service to any customers at our sole discretion.
